I am trying to find the words to express how much i appreciate the lady who braids my hair for years !Diana, she is so sweet! She listens and will give you what you want! She knows I am not a talker I wanted everyone to know how amazing she is.

I came in for a wash and blow-dry and had an extremely uncomfortable experience. During the service, the stylist repeatedly tried to upsell boho braids. When I showed the style I wanted, she told me she didn’t have the hair needed, so I declined.

After that, her behavior changed. She became aggressive while blow-drying my hair, pulling and ripping at it in a way that was painful and unnecessary. This happened in full view of the salon, and no one intervened.

As I was leaving, she spoke to me in a condescending way, told me to “have a good day,” then ran after me before I had even paid. I also witnessed her being rude to another client.

The owner was kind when I interacted with her, which makes this experience even more disappointing. It’s not a client’s fault if a requested style can’t be done due to lack of hair. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning

I love them!! I got a crochet with Outre Springy Afro Twist. It's a very difficult hair to navigate for crochet and they did an amazing job. The shop is clean and the staff is professional.
